How To File A PLC Insurance Claim:
- The shipment must be documented as lost by the carrier, either in writing or by web.
- The insured will file a claim which will include an invoice of which the merchandise was purchased on.
- GPS will verify:
The premium was paid prior to the carrier pick up.
The shipment was determined lost by the carrier.
The claimed value is comparable with the merchandise' market value.
- Approved claim will be credited to the insured party's GPS account.
